Digital Artwork Purchase Terms

What you are purchasing

Each direct VR Frequency sale is a one-time purchase of a digitally delivered artwork file together with the licence identified at checkout. No physical object is shipped. Copyright is not transferred.

Payment and delivery

Payment is processed through Stripe. After confirmed payment, VR Frequency sends a protected download link to the email supplied at checkout. Links expire and have a download limit for security; the studio may issue a replacement after verifying the order.

Before purchasing

The artwork page identifies the title, artist, year, price, delivery format, and licence. Buyers must provide an accurate email address and review the Digital Artwork Licence before completing payment.

Refunds

Because digital files can be copied after delivery, completed downloads are generally final except where required by law, the delivered file is defective, or the product materially differs from its description. Contact VR Frequency promptly so a technical or delivery problem can be corrected.

Prohibited conduct

Buyers may not share the protected link, redistribute the file, remove authorship or copyright information, resell the file, falsely claim authorship, or use the work beyond the purchased licence.

Service availability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep checkout and delivery available. Temporary maintenance, payment-provider interruptions, email filtering, or events outside the studio’s control may delay delivery.

VR Frequency operates from Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in British Columbia and Canada, subject to mandatory consumer rights in the buyer’s jurisdiction.
