Digital Artwork Licence

Version 1.0

The checkout page, purchase record, and licence certificate identify which licence applies to the purchased artwork. A licence grants limited permission to use the file; it does not transfer copyright or authorship.

Rights retained by the artist

All copyright, moral rights, authorship, and ownership remain with Valentyn Rukhaylo / VR Frequency. The licence is non-exclusive and non-transferable unless a separate signed agreement expressly states otherwise.

Personal Digital Artwork Licence

The purchaser may keep the delivered file indefinitely and display the artwork privately on personally controlled devices and screens. Public display, publication, promotion, merchandise, advertising, resale, redistribution, sublicensing, and commercial use are not included.

Editorial Digital Artwork Licence

The purchaser may use the artwork in one non-advertising editorial project, in the medium and context identified by the purchase or related written correspondence. Visible credit to Valentyn Rukhaylo / VR Frequency is required where reasonably possible. Advertising, branding, merchandise, resale, stock-library distribution, templates, and standalone file redistribution are not included.

Commercial Digital Artwork Licence

The purchaser may use the artwork in one finished commercial project identified by the purchase context. The artwork may not be resold or redistributed as a standalone file, offered as stock or a template, used as a trademark, or placed on merchandise unless those rights are expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Restrictions applying to every licence

The purchaser may not falsely claim authorship, remove rights information for the purpose of concealing authorship, mint the work as an NFT, use the work in unlawful or defamatory material, or supply the file to machine-learning or artificial-intelligence training datasets without separate written permission.

Metadata and attribution

Embedded and accompanying artist, copyright, year, licence, and website metadata must not be intentionally removed. Public uses authorized by an editorial, commercial, or separate written licence must use the credit specified in that licence.

Termination

The licence terminates automatically after a material breach. On termination, the purchaser must stop the unauthorized use and remove distributed or publicly accessible copies. Rights retained by the artist are unaffected.
