Information collected

VR Frequency records limited privacy-protective visit information, contact-form submissions, optional private email addresses supplied with reflections, and order information needed to deliver and support purchases. Visitor IP addresses are not stored directly in analytics or reflection records; a rotating or purpose-specific cryptographic hash is used for abuse prevention and aggregate measurement.

Payments

Payment details are entered on Stripe’s checkout service. VR Frequency receives transaction identifiers, payment status, customer name, customer email, amount, currency, and product information needed to fulfil the order, but does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

Digital delivery

Order records and protected download tokens are retained to provide delivery, licences, support, refunds, accounting, and fraud prevention. Download tokens expire and may be revoked.

Reflections

Public reflections show only the approved display name, reflection, date, and any artist reply. An optional email address is private and used only when needed to address the submission.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers required to operate the site, process payment, send email, prevent abuse, or comply with law. It is not sold to advertisers. Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and legal obligations.

To ask about, correct, or request deletion of eligible personal information, contact VR Frequency. Some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute, and legal requirements.
